I purchased an account from him and it was a portable browser profile that doesn't work on my mac.
Later I asked for login details and he didn't respond.
Still, I managed a windows pc where I can use the account. But when I tried it shows me it doesn't work.
Again I contacted him and he didn't respond. I paid him but I couldn't spend a single penny.
Refund me or give me an answer.

Last week I was about to post how @UstaUser had resolved my issue by providing a new VPS, but then he decided to go AWOL again after failing to deliver a working coupon. So close.

The account is now useless since payment is pending. Didn't get to use the full balance and never got the coupon. I'm done chasing a resolution. Obviously can't speak for the other buyers though.

There's no excuse for poor communication. "Under-promise and over-deliver". It's Business 101. @UstaUser did the total opposite.

So he has not responded to my problem after sending him messages on and after January 28 about the suspended accounts and his promises to replace them.

BUT................................other sellers on BHW selling the same product didn't respond either! The only response from sellers I've received was "THERE IS A GOOGLE UPDATE AND ACCOUNTS WILL BE AVAILABLE AFTER THE UPDATE ON FEB 06".

Others are saying @UstaUser is a scammer, but because other "reputable" sellers on BHW are reading my messages on Skype and not responding as well, I don't think @UstaUser is a scammer, .........BUT there's no excuse for sellers to NOT RESPOND to their clients.

@BassTrackerBoats He was online after my last post here and is still online on Telegram/Skype and yet he chooses to ignore everything, not a single person has been refunded yet. I don't understand why is he trying to buy more time.
