[Journey] - Started a model catalog - Cam & OnlyFans

Hello everyone.

Starting a new thread as I have posted the old one in a wrong board (sorry, mods!).

I have started a new journey this week.

It's a model catalog'

My idea is to have catalog for profiles of cam models, OnlyFans, and other similar services.

Perfomers will be able to have featured profiles, and can be found by filters and sections.

Also some articles will be available to create authority and better indexation.

I'm not sure yet how to monetize it, hope to figure it out very soon.

The traffic will be generated by Reddit, Twitter and SEO.

Will report here news about the project. Any feedback will be much appreciated.

Good luck! It seems like a good idea to me, and of course, it will be profitable in the long run. For now, you have to put in a lot of work. I remember you asking about a JV regarding this project & wanted to message, but I totally forgot. So, what happened to it? Are you doing a JV with someone on this journey or going solo?

How about adding a VIP section in your catalogue or paid first page? They would go for it in my opinion if you target the right people.

You should always put this first before building this out. It reminds me a saying that I use to hear.. if they build it they will come. Well, you could possibly build something and never monetize it besides reselling it. So spend some time now and save your time later

I'm aware this is not the smartest way, but I need to get things done otherwise it always be in the "ideas area" in my brain and I never get them done.

So here are the results of the first week of work. As the website is very new, it is expected to not having so many pageviews, but I'm actually satisfied with the results and almost 1500 pageviews so far.

I have made several changes in the code based on some feedback, so the website is more solid now and hopefully will bring better results in the upcoming weeks.

I'm using Twitter, Reddit, and Instagram to share content and attract new users. So far it has been a challenge due to shadowbans and low reach, but it's working well after some adjustments.

Google also started indexing my pages, so I'm excited to see how much SEO traffic I can get. I have been writing several detailed articles (more than 2000 words), with exclusive content.

Will get back with more updates in 2 weeks.

I was curious if it's a manual or automatic journey.. And I'm pretty sure you should automate at least some of the activities..

In regards to the content you are posting to your site, since you are (based on my understanding of your project) using someone else's intellectual property (every model has DMCA slapped on their feed / images), how do you plan to legitimize the usage of such content?
