You can address your issue to Instagram by contacting them through email. Your account will be reactivated in 30 days if it is suspended temporarily but the sad reality is if the suspension is permanent due to Copywrite issues then you have no hope left to get back your account back.

Early January 2021 I tried to find it in December, did not find it, tried again in January and found it hah

You can contact them by going on their home page "Facebook for Business", you will find a button to contact them if you were using ads. Otherwise, the "Live" contact on their Facebook page, but they might not answer.
