Hey I want to know how can I contact instagram about my disabled account and if I can get it back its been disabled for 2days now for copyright infriguements . Thanks in advance!

You can never get an account back if it was deleted due to copyright issues, Or just write a mail to Instagram specifying your need to reactivate. It will be reactivated.

they sent me an email telling me ' Your account has been disabled and you are no longer permitted to use Instagram. ' and some other stuff I know I fudged up I should've been more carefull but it would be great if I can contact them and get a solution.

I don’t think this option is available,if it’s available I could say thanks to whom ever that get me notice bc I have lots of accounts suspended with huge followers already.

I feel sorry for you but this was the last way to get your account back. If your account is temporarily suspended then you can get it back after 30 days. But if not then there's no other option for you.

its not , they told me its disabled well that sucks , Thank you for your help !

To be safe myself, How many times did you receive copyright strike before they disabled? I got it twice, once last year, once last week.

What you were using? Someone else videos? People pictures? Pets and images places etc cant get copyright I guess.
