As we cannot guarantee satisfaction with the product upon purchase, please do your own due diligence into the seller and what they are offering before purchase.

3rd site sold 10 item in jan 2021 and earn $6.85 as comission.

In Feb this site sold 1 item so far and earn $1.86 As Comission.

How do you expect to sell a site or JV with someone if you are afraid of showing the URL to potential buyers? There's 0 chance you'll be able to sell this if nobody can check for it's potential, quality of current content, competitors, link profile, and many more variables.

Just my two cents as advice

You are right sir, But so far i have very bad expeience in website selling, most people come just to steal niche, as my sites are so specific to niche, it is not a good idea to share it publically with everyone.
i am ok with sharing url with very interested buyer. but after knowing niche/site url, if user reply that my price is high based on earning. then that give headache, if price is already mention and high based on earning , then why asking for more info and wasting time... right ?

i am not very much strict with this, this is just for the safety for me and potential buyer, to not increase competition.
