Youtube channel suspended

In 2018 my YouTube channel got suspended but the AdSense account is still valid, can I link this AdSense account to a New youtube channel? by the way, I change my laptop and network.

It happened to me, it's happening all the time, YT doesn't care if you have 10 suspended and 1 legit account on AdSense if that one is making money they'll kiss your ass!

But in 2018 I receive this youtube notification you are prohibited from accessing, possessing or creating any other YouTube accounts. i think when I link the same AdSense with the new channel I will get suspended?

I am in same situation like you and im so much curious if they will get suspended my other channel?

I got youtube accounts suspended too but my AdSense is still intact and getting money on it.

You can but don't risk it. Youtube doesn't ban right away sometimes. Their bots ban for spam for ridiculous reasons these days. Just create another adsense account for your new channel.
