Doesn't matter. I wasn't trying to predict a price. I was just saying that crypto is unpredictable, and there's no point asking if it will reach x amount by y time. Yes it can be fun to trade on these ponzy schemes.. but that doesn't make them predictable.

I think Bitcoin is relatively predictable long term. It has no where to go but up because there are only 21m coins of which 3m are assumed lost. Just Economics 101, supply and demand. It's just a question of how long it takes, and how many sellouts, it will endure before climbing up there.

The supply and demand is keeping it going for now. However, it's not mainstream yet, and unless majority of the countries legalise crypto trading/usage, I don't see how it can become predictable.

Oh I think it's just about mainstream now. Bitcoin is on every investors lips, whole countries like Iran depend on it to skirt sanctions, Wall Street has come on board, even Paypal is enabling bitcoin purchasing on its platform. So it's just about mainstream now.

Well, it is certainly getting there for sure. If US officially starts encouraging crypto (is it allowed? Not sure), it will eventually become mainstream.

I wouldn't really call BTC predictable when it moves 15% in one direction on a given day without much reason. But definitely see the future in it
