I gave you a like for your trouble, but I'm not reading all that nonsense, much less implement it.
Expert and / or rich SEOers will have no problems finding good keywords without implementing all of those measures, so for them this info doesn't matter.
And beginner / poor SEOers like myself don't have the resources to do this kind of research anyway so again, this info doesn't matter for us, either.
I'm better off just choosing keywords with search volumes that I like (between 100 and 2k-3k), look at the names on the first page of google, then checking their RDs, and a few other metrics and be done with it. Instead of wasting 3 days analyzing 10 keywords by all of the steps that I assume you've mentioned (I will not be bothered to read all of that) I would prefer to write a few articles to submit as guest posts and get a few backlinks instead. Much more constructive than paying $500 per month for SEO tools to discover the same keywords I'd discover by analyzing the common sense metrics

Long tail keywords, you mean putting many keywords on meta tag of the website? Like over 20 keywords?
Also how can I know if the keyword is low competition? I don't get what is volume too.

As per my understanding, Long tail kw is the one which is having lower number of searches when compared to Seed kw. It's not about only meta tag, you need to use LTKW's naturally through out your stuff (you can take help of either Rankmath or Yoast). For understanding competition, there are some free tools in the market i.e. Google KW planner & KW everywhere (though it is not free, but price is quite reasonable). And finally volume is no of searches during a particular period.
Hope you got some idea. There are lots and lots of content in BHW itself if you want to learn. Even I'm exploring and learning
