I am looking for someone that can help me understand how to source and host ISP proxies mainly for sneaker botting, from the research I have done on my own, what I think has to happen is you lease IPv4's, for the ISP network, then host them, I am mainly looking for them to work on sites like Footlocker, Champs, Eastbay, Kids footlocker, Footaction, Shopify, and Finishline. The ISPS that i see being used for this in the sneaker space is Verizon, Sprint, Lumen, AT&T, Cogent, Cox, and windstream, Please PM or reply if you are willing to help.

Also, I do not want residential proxies, like packetstream netnut etc, only ISPs, ty.

If it is a data center, it should be detected as DCH in IP2Location. I'm not sure it will be detected as ISP.

you're asking big high quality ISP proxies for sneakers sites . i try my best to explain to you but ISP circuit involves high $$$$$ setup /month
i used to ISP circuit setup as you know we're proxies seller but ISPs like ( Verizon, Sprint, Lumen, AT&T, Cox, and windstream )
do not provide you big ipv4 space /19 to /18 even /22 . normally they're allowed /24 to /23 range . We personally try ATT ISP last year
with proper all doucs justification but ATT is not agreed to provide us big ipv4 space /19 or /18. just /24 range and this is very less range
for sneakers uses

Cogent will approve you big range with port circuit but cogent ASN almost done banned or cogent selling repeated ipv4 space
we also tested last year and cancelled the contract but my team still contact with cogent to provide full virgin ranges

Let me explain to you the ISPs port circuit setup process.
1 ) un-registered company ISPs are not interested in providing any type of services but single handle home use they're offering .
2 ) you have to contact any ISP through his running site for port speed ( 100MB . 1GB or 10GB ) that depends on which port you like to contact with ISP .
3 ) No ISPs like ATT - Verizon - Sprint or other ISPs selling any kind of server space . only they're selling port speed .
4 ) Cogent is selling ipv4 space with server space . you should ask them

ISP port circuit pricing with contract + cross-connect service + setup time
1 ) any ISP contract with you at least 12 to 36 months
2 ) ISP pricing are so high for example : you're interested in 100MB port speed with 12 month contract
The minimum and very less price is 300 to 2000$ /month + setup fee 500$ to 2k$ . you should ask him .
I am just giving you an example for understanding .
3 ) You have to find out any dc who're offering cross connect service with ISP port circuit setup
4 ) When you find dc and dc also charging server space with cross connect service
5) cross connect fee 180$ to 750$/month + setup fee 1k$
6 ) Dc space is also very high charge monthly + setup fee ( roughly 2k$ ) full rack or half rank etc
7 ) at least 30 to 45 days will be needs to complete in all setup after you signed a contract with any ISP

Roughly and minimum estimate for any ISP charges on first month 3k to 8k$ then 2nd month 2k to 4k /month
if you're single hand user for ISP sneakers proxies user then i am not recommended to you to lease ISPs services

The most important part is ipv4 space ranges . If you don't have your own space from any IPV4 Dcs like Arin or RIPE
then the 2nd option is ipv4 brokers . maybe you heard that ipv4 is finished ARIN and RIPE are not provide you big ranges
Arin only accept application for /22 range and RIPE only accept /24 range so that is also headache .keep in mind ipv4 broker
also charging very high per /22 range with long term contract

On the above ISPS the whole sneakers community is using . you also think when their ASN will ban or ips

We recently contracted with NTT 10GB circuit and our setup process is almost completed . i think the best choice is for single user
to buy ISP of proxies from the sellers , or if you still thinking to handle all these kinds of herders with high $$$$$$ per month spend

If you're willing to be a reseller of proxies yourself, go to the big guys (and don't listed to those that can't even come up with an argument why one provider is good or not). If you want to cop sneakers yourself and in relatively small quantities, imho it's better to buy from a proxy reselling company yourself. They have plans/offers that will suit your needs better.
