i told you to "YOU CAN TRY" does not mean that I convinced you to buy. on top of that I gave you a 1X replacement as per my policy, few of my clients run Blackhat ads (poker) successfully using these accounts, no one has a problem yet.

I usually don't do this but I feel this particular incident with the seller deserves to be brought to every potential buyer's notice.
A bit of a backstory:
I bought the first account from the seller on 14th jan and then another on 17th. Both the accounts were shifted to new VPS later on due to some issues that the seller was experiencing with his provider. I didn't mind.
The Issue:
One of the accounts got suspended today. It is suspended due to "suspicious payments in your account".
It is worth noting that the account was not getting any traffic since the seller shifted to the new vps. That is 21st Jan.
Even his dummy campaign stopped getting traffic
Today he suggested increasing the budget a bit. Then it sent some clicks and got suspended.
The amount used in the account: 171 AUD (22 AUD used by the dummy campaign) = 149 AUD.
My Expectations:
Since the account was working fine before the VPS change and is not suspended for "suspicious payments in your account"
I asked the seller for either a replacement or a refund of the unused threshold.
Seller's Response:
Seller does not agree to offer a replacement citing his policy. The problem with that is
1. Nowhere in his policy is it mentioned that He will not offer a replacement for "suspicious payments in your account"
2. What about if it gets banned due to you changing the VPS midway. We all know IP changes can trigger account bans.
Not fair.
Another option that I suggested was a partial refund. It is an option if you run into such an issue and professional sellers are usually cooperative.
Basically, the seller wants me to be grateful for Buying 115 USD worth of threshold for 45 USD from him. WOW.
Final Words:
If you are reading this, I would suggest you to not go for the "The Most Affordable price in BHW" as it's clearly not. The seller is not interested in offering replacements for Suspicious Payments even after his own VPS change triggered the review/ban.
If you are reading this, I suggest you to not fall for the 39 bucks that you see in the title. In my opinion, it is better to pay 10-12 bucks extra as long as the seller is willing to offer replacements in case the account gets banned due to his negligence. There are a lot of good sellers in the marketplace.

First off Thanks for taking the time to write a review.
As I have clearly mentioned in my sales thread (which you were not aware of it) that we don't offer a replacement once your real campaign started spending money and got suspended.
and as your account had already spent $100+ which is not eligible for replacement.

This seller promised accounts in 24 hours..., then by Saturday, then by Monday. Tried to get me to pay Bitcoin instead of Paypal. When I advised paypal was offered in sales thread, he told me he would get me his friends paypal but it would be 15% extra. Told him ok, ready to pay via paypal asap, but he still hasn't delivered... Don't know why he still is offering this service when he hasn't delivered my account and ive been waiting a nearly a week.. Maybe waiting for more people to pay by bitcoin?

I never asked you to wait, neither did I take money from you. You were free to go to any supplier as I am out of stock due to some issue between google and Australia, and stock will be in very soon. FYI I get ready account first then let my buyers to pay so that they will get instant delivery.
Your statement "Maybe waiting for more people to pay by bitcoin?" is the polar opposite of my service.

I bought this week 13 accounts from here and all working fine, I run ads on youtube and google search and on all accounts i ve spent 40-80$ until now and gradually increase the budget. All campaigns is on white niches. On 3 accounts I deleted my first campaigns and I make another one and working...I made a few worries here but I had no choice because I chose the wrong niches
I just ordered another 10 accounts for testing new niches and ideas... waiting to deliver it
