Selling real estate leads?

Anyone happen to know where US buyer and seller real estate leads can be sold? I do sell to agents, but the volume exceeds the agents I'm currently working with.

Mobile numbers and emails along with a list of properties they looked at or a specific property they are interested in on the buyer side and on the seller side, the address of the home they are interested in selling.

There are forums directly related to real estate and mortgage companies as well as FB groups.

I no that many set up a deal with the estate business their self.

Most sell the leads and if the lead gets the agent a deal /sale you get good commission.

But your setup this by visiting the estate agents or phone them.

I have seen this method on here time back but does work.

Once you got everything going with an estate agent.

All I know they were getting good money for the lead and a bonus for a sale in that lead.

Of course, each lead passed on via telephone call or email.

The payment for each lead was set up on an agreement.

There a lot of trust with this method with you and the estate agents.(( don't get ripped off ))

It's an interesting idea, you can try selling direct to agents - but they're pretty stingy lot.

Good chance you know a real estate agent if you live in US or Canada. Just ask your extended family and friends if they know any agents, you'll get a call within a week lol - then flip the script, as they start trying to sell you on how excited they are to help you buy a home - tell them you have a bunch of leads and if they'd be interested.

Give them a small sample and say that if any of those turn into a lead, you're happy to sell the next set for a fee.

If they're not interested, ask them to refer you to other agents they know - in exchange for a small reward - a gift card or tell them you'll pay for a home inspection (~$150) or buy their house warming gift for one of their clients ($20 for some big houseplants) if they do it.

so many forums and websites available for getting lead every day. one of my friend is doing a loan agency. he had tie-up with one of the forums. he paid on like a monthly basis. they will provide you the account and also they run adds on the facebook. the leads will appear on your account dashboard. he get lead regularly. you can try like kind of forum or website
