Go for a real partner and this addiction will go off in no time. I think you're a boy and if you're not you can replace the gender in what I'm going to say here. Start with making a good FB profile with everything you love and you passion (good pics of course). Now, start adding nice girls in your area. Start conversations. Lot of them will block you, many will not reply but many will. Talk to the most interested one like crazy for a day or two each and then ask her for meetup in a restaurant for a lunch or dinner.
