Spam domains on my same IP

I share an IP address with a ton of other websites. I did some research and I see some domains with 90%+ spam backlinks. Will this hurt any other domains on the same IP if they aren't linked?

While there is no direct evidence that it will really damage your reputation, nevertheless it is recommended to buy a pure, unique IP address. If you use cloud hosting, it is often included.

Get your feet under you and move to your own IP. It is a tad more expensive but only a tad and you'll be glad you did.

yes, about 6 years ago, we changed data centers and moved our dedicated server. ranking went down the hill. had them move us to a totally different IP range, ranking got fixed.
