heres a little temporary trick
put link in cover image and put a picture on ur posts with the link.
or use a site/domain as a secondary redirect. as in, not 301 redirect, like a set page and then has the link in that page to the actual quiz

You probably need a cloaker if IG has restricted your domain.

Yeah, I think you mean cloaking

Just tried it, it works... But the bad part is that when I use cloaking, it first of doesn't have SSL (HTTPS) so it looks scammy, which I think could be fixed, alright.
The other thing is that it loads a bit slower (or it just seems like it) because it doesn't show loading icon, it's like if the buttons did not even work, but then it works out of nowhere (so basically doesn't show that something is loading, etc.)

Wow, so cloaking did fix it, that's awesome.

I had to solve the non-showing load problem (results in bad user experience, much less page views) so I did it by cloaking the linktr.ee, which then if he taps on a button redirects to my website without cloaking (that works, but not the best way I could do it, need straight redirect to the website)

So now tried to cloak bit.ly redirect URL to the website, but that cloaked the bit.ly containing the redirect so it is basically the same as cloaking the website itself, so it did not help, will try to find a workaround.

With the linktr.ee working, I'm already happy for that, at least something, thank you a lot guys!!

Yeah, gotta give up some speed. No way around that.

About https, it's not that hard to solve. Q&A sites have easy solutions to it if you search.

Well, cloaking is not a good choice because of SEO, therefore I can't use it and let them play the quizzes and browse my website from there, so I redirect to linktr.ee for now and then they'll redirect themselves through a button, no other choice...

It's a good solution, but for shoutouts that I'll need to buy, it's not an option, so gotta think of something else, I tried literally everything, hope the domain gets unblocked soon

For everyone who might find this thread and had the problem with Instagram bio link too:

1. Try alternatives to bit.ly, redirecting, cloaking, or cloaking of linktr.ee (as they also blocked my linktr.ee link, so had to cloak it, that fixed it)

2. If you really need it to work as before, the best option is to contact Facebook itself (Yes, Facebook, don't be confused, I've got the problem on IG too, but they're the same company)
Contact their live support as a business (you might need Ad Manager account), more info here (thread by @C4rnage569, big thanks).
They will tell you that you'll receive a response within x days, so just tell them that you wanna run & pay for ads to bring traffic to your website you want to be unblocked and need it within 24 hours, this got me (actually two domains) unblocked within 12 hours, to be honest.

Hope it helps.

There are a few reasons why IG blocks certain links:
  • websites known to be linked to by spammers in their profiles.
  • websites with explicit content.
  • Links that appear on a number of accounts within a short period.
  • Shortened links – such as bitly – are suspect since it’s unclear what you’re linking to.).
  • Domain names using elements or misspellings of Instagram have been blocked.
If none of these apply to your link probably Instagram AI just messed up and flagged your website.

Hey Thanks 100x times, the link got unblocked on fb and insta.

It either means your website is old that some people have promoted it till they get caught,or maybe you are mistaking with getting add of yiur web link

Clearly the link is banned or blacklisted. You should try by link short or use a cloaking system so IG can not hit the end content.
Someone else has abused the link may be?

The problem has been already solved, appreciate the help, but read through the thread before posting, please. :)

Did you try adding the shortened link? I have noticed many users did when they got links that cannot be added ;)

Lost cause :anyway:
Read the post above, please.

And yeah, I did use shortened links, I think I mentioned it in this thread, I won't reply here anymore, as it seems like no one is able to read before posting and actually providing quality, instead of hunting post count, no offense.
