All tools doing the same thing will get trust pilot shit. why? because its a scraping tool and a lot of people want to get it to do blackhat stuff. they want millions or real email for what? spam I'd say and if the tool has an issue they cry and post a shit review.
We have to deal with it but we focus on our happy customers.
Facebook fights hard against all products like x2emails because they don't like it at all.
they change the code and algorithm very often.
we, not HE!, are a team who work very hard every single day to keep this tool awesome. it's not an easy way.
I reach the 15th page here for a year and still there, if we are scammers, why we are not closed yet? its because its works.
just don't work enough for those who want to get tons and tons in a day. I would say if it exists but anyway.

Most on thrustpilot said they were using FOR LOOKALIKE AUDIENCES and said they couldnt even scrape barely any emails from giant groups.
Now the ODD thing is all of the "POSITIVE" stuff only comes from accounts with NO PROFILES, NO TRACTION, NO BACKGROUND..and are all NEW.. even on this thread...its only NEW accounts and most VIP accounts are left with out responses, bad tokens, 1 month wait times..one guy even took an image of you laughing at him because you purposely made him wait more than 14 days and then rubbed it in his face that the paypal case was closed..was this not you? Shazeen or w.e the name is?

all of these accounts that respond "NEWBIEW" regular or VIP members are saying it gave them so much problems and they got jipped out of their money..but right away a NEWBIE account will say "OH ITS THE BEST" when u check the account its never done anything else on the forum ahaha ooook

So here is the experience Now.
First of All, thank you for Giving me discount.
If I paid via Paypal I can dispute but as I paid via INR gateway
I found something fishy here.
So I have one Group in my profile that is of 17k+ members
So First I scrapped only 9 Emails from the Group Lolz that is not even 0.01%
Now After I contacted the support they took control from Anydesk and Suggested me to on the 2-factor authentication and they told me to go for VIP group extractor.
So I extracted 8000+ Emails and I can see there is no names or UID from that extractor.
Now there is now I have huge doubt here why there is no names and the UID in the VIP Extractor ?
So I again went to the normal Extractor group one and Again input the same Group ID and they extracted the 44 emails now.
No, I feel something fishy here
I am a member of the group and I cant see my email ID in the Normal Extraction and Not in the VIP one.
My mind suddenly strikes
So I went ahead and checked all 44 Emails in the VIP one and I can't find a single one
So is that like their server is just giving us the random email IDs from the predefined emails they load in the system and sell to us?
I asked this question and recorded the video for the same also When I asked the refund They told we can't have the refund on the BIZ package.
So I told him to give the explanation and they told me this
So I told that I purchased this service because you claimed that you are providing the 80% of the data from the group and when I asked they reply like me
Also, let me tell you I have already tested the Fanpage and it completely looks fishy to me
Why there is a restriction that you can have 2000+ member in the group and you can extract then only?

I do not use this forum much but I am not new. I have made videos on the tool working. Yes at times the tool do not work but that may be due to Facebook updates (I do not really know I agree because I am just a user). At the time of posting this review it worked perfectly. I have not tested the tool since a month because I was doing something else. I will retest it and let you know. By the way I think the owner also does a Team viewer session before you purchase so contact them. Sorry for the confusion.I am in no way to mislead anyone. Peace !

I'm not in here a lot but had to drop by when I saw some of the inaccurate comments in here.
You can take or leave my feedback as you may.
Either way, I will continue to enjoy the success I've been having with this tool.
Now, where do I start?
Well, my primary use is for cold email marketing.
My process is to scrape FB pages that have a lot of engagement, that is, likes, comments and shares.
Therein lies the first big misunderstanding and I admit, in the beginning, this part confused me too.
I thought the soft went out and scraped page followers and when I crosse checked the emails and or UID's i could not find a lot of them.
This made me think it was all a scam.
it wasn't until many messages with support, that the penny finally dropped and I understood what was really happening, and began to see the data in a different light.
The fact of the matter is, if you run it on a page that has lot's of reactions/engagement, you're going to get good results.
BIGGEST X2EMAILS PRO'S:
- If you do Facebook ads, it will gather data that you can use to create lookalike (LLA) audiences and cut out a lot of the back and firt (expensive) testing.
- If you're a cold email marketer, it will find your emails from people who have reacted/engaged with a certain topic/product. That alone gives you one foot up in knowing there's some level of interest in a specific area. You'll definitely need to use a good email verifier program to filter out the old domains, undeliverable, spam traps etc, however, the majority of the emails are valid ones being as they are the ones people have used to set up their fB profiles.
BIGGEST X2EMAILS CONS:
- The communication between customers and support needs to be much better. They do their best, but English is not their first language, so sometimes it's hard to understand what is meant.
- Support is only available on Turkish working hours
- Old posts in the group need to be removed so new people don't get confused when they join up. the software has been updated so many time, so the group info should be kept relevant
- There are two versions, a pro and a business version. They are in my opinion named wrongly, totally confused me when I joined up. The Pro version has the ability than the Business version. Logically, I would have named the best version, Pro and the lower ability one, Business, so be aware of that
- the Pro version is positioned as a trial version, but you currently 9at the time of writing) have to pay $59 for it. Its purpose is to give you a taste of what the software can do, but it gathers way less data than the higher level Business version. To me, I would make it have the same data extraction ability as the Business version and automatically turn off the license after a 3-day trial, but that is just me. if you decide to upgrade, which if you really want results, you'll be wise to do, the business version costs (at the time of writing) $149
- Activation after payment is a manual process that can take up to 48 hours so you have to be patient when it comes to getting your x2 activated.
- Tutorials are all silent videos showing you someone typing the text, screenshots and video clips. For someone who is more auditory, this can be very frustrating. Tutorials should have voiceover to cater for all learning styles and people with physical disabilities. I think the earlier mentioned language barrier might be one of the main reasons for silent videos.
That's it!
I have been very honest in my feedback. In fact, you can see, I've shared more cons than pros.
That's because the software does what it says on the tin and most of the areas of improvement are to do with human behavior, not the software.
There are some users who rightly so have been frustrated and had bad experiences either of their own volition or because of erratic customer support. in both cases, everyone can learn and improve.
Write, say, think and do or do not what you like, but there are people making very good money, myself included from the data we're able to mine with X2.
if you have the patience to deal with a different kind of work culture to what you are sued to, and if you have the patience to wait while the development team work to catch up and update the soft to meet facebook's ever-changing API, then I promise you, you will get loads of data.
What you then do with it, is another topic for another day
In closing, let me share a post I made in the X2 group and hope that this review helps you to make an educated decision based on user-based facts and user-based experience, rather than (no disrespect intended), experienced forum members.

I know someone who is absolutely killing it by using the emails to send offers to.
I obviously can't share what that offer is, but it proves that the emails are legit, and once you understand where they are coming from, you can send the right kind of messages.
IMPORTANT!!!!!!
The main thing to remember is the emails are coming from people who have engaged (reacted) in/to a post.
In other words, you don't get the emails of page followers or group members, you get the emails of the people who have liked, loved, commented, shared a post.
That's why it looks like the emails are fake when you cross-check them against page followers or group members.
Stick to groups and pages that have plenty of reactions and you'll get the results you want.
I've attached an image of the reaction emoticons.
You know the pages that have hundreds of thousands of posts, but nobody is engaging, if you scrape those, you'll be very disappointed.
I think that's where the confusion comes in.
I was confused and disbelieved this worked until I finally figured the whole reaction/engagement part out.
It's all about engagement!

My Review...
My experience with the Facebook tools has been less than stellar .
Constant down time and waiting for fixes to be made.
When the service is up, it went from when I purchased of stating 80% results, to 50% of results now is what to expect. (but let me explain that further as well)
There browser extension will only grab 20,000 results (to check) from groups to scrape no matter the size of the group.
So if the group is 80k your only getting and staring with 20k, and up to 50% results expected.
My results from testing which I have still yet to get a response as to why the numbers are so low
After finally getting a token to use on my account which they must provide to you.
I was able to test out the services I paid for.
$150 for business Facebook tools, and a discount on Instagram tools for all my troubles but still a hefty price tag.

I have not heard from Zeeshan Khan Since Tuesday the 19th given i have sent numerous issues that I am having.
If I ever do get a good run out of this set of tools I will provide a new review of the service. That is once I get a reply from them to start with.
