So $16 for the Rakuten account which comes with $40 that we can spend all of it on Apple gift's card on Raise ?
Im not from the US/Canada though. Any guide on how to go about it? Just purchase a US residential proxy and log in the Rakuten account? Never used Rakuten or Raise before, how are they linked? Or is Rakuten=Raise?
