You only train your biceps?Id recommend this excersize, for me its a body hack basically. I get more results way faster from it then going an hour at the gym. I just do 5 per day, if you count in the days i dont do it. Overall, 5 every second dayThe result is just crazy fast upper body muscle building (a bit more arms then rest). Logic dictates gyms should be better ofcourse, but for me no. Night and day results no.
Nope, it grows upperbody, but arms more than others. my chest muscles grow fast to from this (not so for me with regular pushup).. The benefit of Gravity lifting is that you have to use almost all muscles to keep stability and lift. Gyms are very focused on specific parts. You only train your biceps?
An exercise like this does not have more effect than a proper lifting program focused on heavy compounds (squats, deadlifts, bench press and rows) in combination with isolation movements.Nope, it grows upperbody, but arms more than others. my chest muscles grow fast to from this (not so for me with regular pushup).. I'm assuming this wont work for everyone. but if it does, youve found the golden goose. I guess my body growth reacts more on strong stimuli (its a heavy pushup) then breaking down tissue to stimulate growth, which is what you do at the gym, much more effort, heavier weights, Lactic acid afterwards.
Im amazed as its not logical that this simple excersize just 5 a day has way stronger effect than high effort at the gym, thats why I can only call it a body hack.
