I noticed that it's down, the website says "account suspended" and the browser won't start.

Does anyone know what's happening?

They just informed me that they got suspended due to a traffic limit they reached with their hosting provider and they are upgrading and will be back online soon.

their hosting plan got too small for the amount of traffic that they are dealing with.... so I guess they are growing fast... and I think they will fix this soon... otherwise, a very solid service. at a very good price.

It's moments like this where you can see if a service is run by people who value customer service. I for one will be watching closely if the hand out coupons to their affected paying customers.

I asked for support via telegram and I've been asked to upgrade to the highest tier ($150 a month) otherwise I won't be able to get back in.
Pretty sure it's a scam profile, but I'll share here

Its obviously a scam, really feel bad for scammer, don't they know that stolen money is cursed money and will never bring peace of mind

Yeah I exchanged a few more messages with him and it's definitely a scam, speaks very broken english and asked for payment via BTC.

I guess the only official support channels are email and facebook

As you can all imagine it has been a pretty busy 24 hours for us.
Our hosting provider suspended our account because we reached a traffic limit. The frustrating thing is that they didn't give us time to properly migrate but instead suspended us immediately.
Now we had to order an upgrade which they would set up. This setup is still going on because it is littered with problems. We normally have no issues at all with namecheap but in this case we are really disappointed.
The reason that support tickets are being answered slower than normal is because the situation keeps changing and we can't give a clear estimate on the time it will take before everything is back to normal.
We will take actions to prevent this in the future.
