at risk of sounding like a noob and an idiot, what are the legal risks of using these threshold accounts? if we do it with a vps, does google know who we are? i know the fbi won't come to take me away, but i have heard of people getting legal letters and notices, which can be a little scary. basically, does the vps help with that? has any of your customers got a situation like that one?
