Summary

I received a free review copy of that service with 20 Backlinks.
All backlinks were life and of good - very good metrics.
It also contained FB Shares, pinterest, Web 2.0 Articles and profiles
All links were contextual.
I was very impressed by the german article(s). They were spun very well and pretty good to read.
They also included pics of the homepage.

As for german language, I can recommand this servce for backlink building

Content is in Italian and it sounds just fine.
Anchors are contextually well placed.
This is a very good service for the ones who own foreign language websites and would like to get backlinks in the same language.

I received 20 links on the target website and amazingly they were written in the website language. Obviously the written text is not perfect and there are errors, but on the other hand it is a thousand times better to buy such a service instead of buying backlinks on a content that has a different language from the site they point to.
The anchor texts are placed correctly within the text, so as a job it is done really well.
 
I am lucky and happy to get a review copy, 20 total mixed links include web 2.0 and profile links. I am satisfied with the results, all contents are language specific to my website, this is the typical diversity link package you would expect, but support foreign language like Germany, French, etc, I can see the details in it, since OP will send these links to index service (he said), and in the normal package (not review copy one) the overall quality will improve (he claimed), I would say, this service is good for diversity purpose, thanks for the opportunity!

My Review:

I received 20 links, with login info, in an Excel file. Well diversified manually created links. TAT 20+, but order was placed on 18th of Dec., so Holidays could be a cause.

Links were from -
Social Signal Posts on Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, Reddit.
Various Web 2.0 blogs, and some new interesting web 2.0's that I had not seen before, but have a good metric, so will copy for other projects.

Surprisingly well-translated content, even for my language that is really small ~3m speakers, world-wide! The article itself was thin but good enough for some web 2.0 blogs, I would not approve this on PBNs etc. service.
Anchor text's, and images on point.

Over-all great unique service for anyone who needs to boost a local country niche site.
Yet to see any ranking changes, but for sake of diversity, it's well worth it.
