The question is: Can I place Adsense ads at the top of the page in the video, below it, or in the description, but the videos will not be mine?

Yes, it's allowed but if you don't have content on the page it won't be able to contextually match the ads to the content. It'll do a best guess based on keywords in the title and URL, but that might not be great if you're autoposting.

Autoblogs were popular in the early 2010s. You would need to write a bunch of unique content for each video, which takes away the autoblog part of it, to have a chance of ranking it in search. Or you would need a very authoritative domain - assuming the videos weren't coming from Youtube, but some other third party video source.

Best answer for you OP, I realize this is in the blackhat section.. Though sometimes you need to do whitehat to achieve your blackhat goals. You may find that blackhat becomes a waste of time in the long run. But it's a good idea to familiarize yourself.
