How many seller's accounts did you use to rank it on the first page?
So you've been using around 100 accounts to make a product rank higher in about 3-4 days.
I'm confused about the phrase "Seller Accounts". To me that implies accounts of actual Etsy stores (sellers). Are you saying you're somehow creating Etsy stores in bulk to have access to the accounts? Or do you mean customer accounts?
I'm not creating the accounts. I bought a gig on fiverr that sends favorites to my listings. The favorites are mostly from seller accounts. My best guess is they're using some etsy team where sellers favorite each other's items.

You are right. I mistakenly wrote seller accounts instead of buyer accounts. But he was actually getting the favs from seller accounts.
How did you do the "add to carts" part? Did you manage multiple buyer accounts?
Are you using your own proxies or does the ProxyChecker thing in Zennoposter work ok for this Etsy stuff?

First let me start by saying this is a technique I used 3-4 years ago. So I'm sure somethings have changed, but judging by how poorly Etsy's devs are... I'm pretty sure it will probably still work today.
When I was doing this, I was able to rank in the first page for tons of competitive search terms related to jewelry. So back then this was a pretty effective method and I never heard anyone talking about it. So I just kept it to myself
I'll go over what I did step by step.
First you are going to need to create a listing and optimize it for what ever keyword you want to rank for.
Let's say we are going to target the term "men's wedding band".
So I would create a proper listing complete with description, images etc. Something I actually wanted to sell.
Then I would create a list of keywords related to that term and save them in a text file to be used later. So for "men's wedding band" I would add things like "unique wedding band" "gold wedding band"
"silver mens ring". Create around 15-25 related search terms.
Then using Zennoposter and some good proxies I would create a bot that would take a search term from the list of keywords or search terms, enter into the Etsy's search bar and do a search.
The bot would then pick a random listing(help to reduce footprint) from those results and modify the HTML for that listing. It would change the title, shop name, item link, shop id, listing id and the price etc. To match the all the details from the listing I created in my shop.
Then it would click on the modified listing. This would trick Etsy into thinking my listing was on the first page when I clicked it.
That was the basic setup.
Later on I started to create tons of accounts (with zennoposter) and use them to favorite items of mine after clicking through a search term. Which also helped a lot.
I would also get the bot to click around my shop a little bit on random items. Try to make it look like they are looking at more than one item in my shop and not just bouncing after clicking on the modified listing.
Then every 3-4 days I would rotate a new list of search terms and replace the ones being used. Then I would keep an eye on my stats and watch to see how much traffic I was getting on the previous keywords which the bot was no longer clicking on.
I would run these bot daily on around 10-15 different listings all with different search terms that I wanted to rank for. Also rotating which ones I was sending fake traffic to. I was always trying to do stuff to reduce any footprint.
All in all it worked well and helped me make sales. But after a while, I got bored and fed up with the whole Etsy thing so I just dumped it.

r they sending you traffic everyday? i found it expensive for one single keyword!!
