Everything that you wrote is pretty basic. I wrote this post because I know there are ways to be 1st page on Etsy without those stuff

Your thread is confusing then. In the first post, you asked a question. When Salamat replied with some options, you say all those are pretty basic and you started the thread because you know of methods.
So are you here looking for help? Or are you offering help?? If you do know a method, please let us know or PM me as I am interested.

I Googled that and it's showing ERank... is that the same thing? On that site I click on "Plans" and it's not loading for me.

Reviews (especially the "This store had multiple 5 star reviews in the last 7 days") are HUGH! One way to do it is setup another store or account, and buy your own items. Then you can leave a review as a buyer, win win situation. Or if you get a friend or family member to buy your item, leave a review, you can always refund them the money and the review will still stick.

Yes, but you can't buy from the same person several times because the feedbacks won't look real.
But I understand what you are saying
I'm in the same boat. I've used Fiverr recently and they did get me on the first page, but they also had alot of fake accounts favorite my item, would'nt have been a big deal, if this was private, but all can see. I was concerned about this and just deactived the item. However, I've also used Fiverr for SEO and product description, I didn't see much of a change with ranking, but my description looked pretty good.

Clicks on your listing for search results is a factor.
I used to run 2 Etsy shops and the easiest way to boost my listings was to use Zennoposter to click my own listings.
I would pick a keyword like “diamond engagement ring” and few related to it like “unique diamond promise ring” etc.
Then I would use zennoposter with some good proxies and do a search for the keyword.
I would then take amy listing on the first page. And edit the HTML(title, listing id,shop name etc) using ZP.
Then using ZP just click on the modified listing.
The Etsy search engine doesn’t check to make sure your listing should be on the front page. It’s not as sophisticated as bing or google.
So it’s pretty easy to manipulate.
When I was testing it, it was possible to use keywords that were not even related to my shop and get my listing to show up for those searches. I was able to boost ranking for a jewelry listing for the search term “wool gloves” lol
Of course there were more steps to my method. But that’s the basic concept that worked for me.

First let me start by saying this is a technique I used 3-4 years ago. So I'm sure somethings have changed, but judging by how poorly Etsy's devs are... I'm pretty sure it will probably still work today.
When I was doing this, I was able to rank in the first page for tons of competitive search terms related to jewelry. So back then this was a pretty effective method and I never heard anyone talking about it. So I just kept it to myself
I'll go over what I did step by step.
First you are going to need to create a listing and optimize it for what ever keyword you want to rank for.
Let's say we are going to target the term "men's wedding band".
So I would create a proper listing complete with description, images etc. Something I actually wanted to sell.
Then I would create a list of keywords related to that term and save them in a text file to be used later. So for "men's wedding band" I would add things like "unique wedding band" "gold wedding band"
"silver mens ring". Create around 15-25 related search terms.
Then using Zennoposter and some good proxies I would create a bot that would take a search term from the list of keywords or search terms, enter into the Etsy's search bar and do a search.
The bot would then pick a random listing(help to reduce footprint) from those results and modify the HTML for that listing. It would change the title, shop name, item link, shop id, listing id and the price etc. To match the all the details from the listing I created in my shop.
Then it would click on the modified listing. This would trick Etsy into thinking my listing was on the first page when I clicked it.
That was the basic setup.
Later on I started to create tons of accounts (with zennoposter) and use them to favorite items of mine after clicking through a search term. Which also helped a lot.
I would also get the bot to click around my shop a little bit on random items. Try to make it look like they are looking at more than one item in my shop and not just bouncing after clicking on the modified listing.
Then every 3-4 days I would rotate a new list of search terms and replace the ones being used. Then I would keep an eye on my stats and watch to see how much traffic I was getting on the previous keywords which the bot was no longer clicking on.
I would run these bot daily on around 10-15 different listings all with different search terms that I wanted to rank for. Also rotating which ones I was sending fake traffic to. I was always trying to do stuff to reduce any footprint.
All in all it worked well and helped me make sales. But after a while, I got bored and fed up with the whole Etsy thing so I just dumped it.
