Hello I am looking for SOCKS 5 (preferably 4G) proxies or residential. I would like to be able to choose my proxies by the city and state I want. I would also like the proxies to not produce a ping (detected) and not leak anything (whatleaks.com) and work at a fast speed. The passive OS of the proxy should be windows 10 or Android and the browser preferably Chrome or Firefox. I would like to test a couple proxies before making a purchase and commitment to your service if you have what I need. Thanks...

I’d suggest 911(.re), you can get very detailed with their proxies, even choose by ZIP code. Some of them might be blacklisted, most of them are clean since they update them. 911.re proxies are popular in the carder/bank fraud community. Used them myself and almost always passed the whatleaks and whoer tests.

i just got 911 and all 40 proxies i tried, i only found two good ones, almost every one i check is either down, blacklisted or had some problem
how do you know that a proxy is a good candidate before double clicking on it ?
