Summary of Dispute:
Purchased Instagram M/S service from him via his original thread: https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/i...real-engaging-and-targeted-followers.1107567/
Service was working well for for a few months, but starting September growth completely stopped, and he started ignoring my messages on here and Telegram, despite already charging me for that month of service. When he did eventually respond, his idea of a refund was for me to send him more money first! See screenshots below.

What you hope to gain from this shit list: I don't even expect a refund from him at this point. but seeing as how he clearly doesn't care about BHW (as he admitted multiple times), I just hope he gets banned so he doesn't scam anyone else.
