Summary of Dispute: He offered me 10 trustpilot reviews, later I decided not to work with him because of his rude behaviour and he refused to refund me at all and told me that he don’t cares even thought I will open multiple threads about him on forums. I'm not really sure how that kind of person can be Jr. VIP on BHW. What we can do about that scammer? He is selling outside of marketplace too.

HELL NO! On a fun fact I remember DD paid back market place sellers because they didn’t understand the rules despite them being clearly stated.
