Water fasting vs Juice fasting. Your thoughts?

If you have weak body and overall organism, i would suggest you to stay with a diet insted of fasting.

Op don't take any advice from here seriously related to health. Do your own research.

I am planning to do my very first fasting in the next week.

I quit smoking and drinking few months ago and changed up my diet (less meat, more organic/plant based) but I still take dairy and related foods as I am not planning to go vegan.. just a change for a healthier diet.

and since it’s the end of the year I am thinking to do a fasting as well to get the toxins out and start a new year with fresh mind and fresh body.

Those of you who have done fasting before, would you recommend to start with juice fasting or just go ahead with 3-4 days water fasting instead?

Do you have any other advice you would like to share or experience as I know there are many people in here who have done this before. Thanks.

I'm just saying, keto works by restricting your caloric intake just like any other diet. The vertical diet only contains foods of which its nutrients that are absorbed very well by the body. You're saying that this will do more harm than good? Please explain :)
Calories counting has nothing to do with healthy diet. It is what you eat not how much of it.. I would advise keto if he want to lose weight and than to start form there see what will work best for him..

I have done intermittent fasting for the last 3 months, only drinking water for 18 hours and eating sensibly during the other six hours. I feel better for it and have lost around 10kg, but you still have to eat a proper diet during your eating window or you will be no better off imo.

So you think that carbs are the devil?

Your liver is a "toxic" cleanser. No pills or diet needed, just eat healthy and work out hard.

So you think that carbs are the devil?
I wouldn't say the devil :D Consumption of %30 less carbs prolongs life of mammals tested for %30.. Reducing it by %40 prolongers life for %40.. It has been tested on many mammals but apparently not on humans.. I think we are eating to much carbs as is and would be enough with only %5 but from vegetables not breads/grains.. You do the math yourself and more than welcome do the research
