My Review :
I received review copy (premium pack) ,
user panel includes some video explain how the extension work & other tips ,
was easy to install & run the app (chrome extension),

i test

scrap 2K of followers with,was done with no problems ,
output as csv file have details about users ,
also include user_id , if have story & if he had default pic (very useful for me !)

scrap last 1K of profile posts , done with no problems ,
posts csv file allow me to know most likes , commented Posts ,or viewed video .
also hashtags used in every post ,time,....
Other analytics file allow me to know top hashtags used or user taged ,
also time user add post , how many post by day ,...

It is an amazing tool,
