Private to Public Account Limitation

Hey guys,

This is my first post to the forum so please forgive me if I'm not following guidelines.

I recently received this message on Instagram for a meme page that I have. Just wondering if anyone else experienced the same thing. If so, what can I expect in the future because switching my Instagram to private is the main way I build my account.

Here's the message I get:

"We've added limitations to accounts that switch often between private and public to protect our community from inauthentic engagement. You reached the limit of follow requests you can accept for now because your account is private. By making your account public anyone can follow you buy you will lose your pending follow request."

I have heard that big meme pages use a Follow Request Acceptor to tackle this problem,I don't remember but I remember one thing that I found it on Telegram and someone gave it away for free.
