He's just as much of an antisocial maniac as all other big CEOs like jeff bezos etc. That's not saying all CEO are antisocial maniacs, it's just saying he is not less of one.
He is playing after the rules like every other CEO that "doesn't play after the rules". He just plays the meme game very well and he just fucked you over because you bought into it.
It's like saying "bezos is such a great guy because he's stealing business from walmart". Well.. for what does he do it? For you? For humanity? Probably not... Probably he's doing it for his own interest, to fulfill his own dreams...

Tesla is already digging up natural resources worldwide in order to produce batteries that will take 100s of years to decompose (if that's even the right word) while musk and alike are praying the new clean revolution in mobility.
