The guy has a sense of humour and likes to fuck around. Probably one of the best humans on the planet currently.

His success is from being a free thinker, not having to conform to how a CEO "should" behave.

Guy made a commercially-sold flamethrower for almost no reason and has controversially impacted his company's stock multiple times.. look where he's at now.
