I've talked to a marketing agency about my problems with Google.

Merchant Center has been suspended for: Misrepresentation
My Google Ads account has also been suspended associated with it.

They are a Google Premium Partner and they charge 360 euros to solve it, they told me they can also see the exact reason.

Shall I do it? Or shall I wait and see? Have been trying to fix it for 2.5 months and still haven't gone further.
Google support is a joke that redirects you to their policies.

What would you do?

Simple - misrepresentation means adcopy problem. But to run things on premium partner accounts is always safe. And yes, support is always useless cause u get no info there.

They suspended my Merchant Center for misrepresentation and my main google ads account that is connect to it.

They won’t tell you the exact reason.

They can’t. Misrepresentation is not a specific violation.

Google AI has most likely flagged it.

I’ve done what you suggested and the inside man at google even told me “The AI flags the store itself, we don’t see the reason either.”

They even told me that Google also comes to their company once a week to fix problems.

One thing what you can try is verify your Google my business with your address.
Google will sent you an postcard to verify your business and you can link that to Merchant Center.

To be honest I just want to fix it with Google and be in good day light with them and use my own business card + information.
Currently 3 months suspended and their support is so useless.

But on the other side we need to learn how to create back up ad accounts for Google and Facebook and other platforms.
In case this ever happends again in the future we can act fast without wasting months without making money.

if your google acc has been suspended there is no chance of you ever getting it back.

I stopped using Google and focussed on learning other traffic sources.
And If I really want I can get back to Google but I don't need them for now
