hi, does my domain/page runs any risk by promoting it this way? i am not very familiar with Threshold Accounts or google adwords

Yup, you'll have $600 threshold that you have to utilize within 1 month, after 1 month the account expires, you can always buy a new acc next month and run the same campaign once again without any issues.

I have purchased one account from this guy yesterday, never launched my campaign, and when I logged in today the account is banned for phishing.
 
Quick Update : Due to some issues on my gmail supplier's side, some of the adwords that i setup in past week got suspended, rest assured all these accounts will be replaced with a fresh working account most likely within next 48hrs, I honestly apologize for this inconvenience, and do rest assured i am working tirelessly on creating new accounts and providing replacement to all those who have been affected with this.

Does it mean we can use the same domain in the ads?
 
Is there an update on threshold accounts? Has Google changed anything. The percentage of suspensions is up?
 
He dont answer anymore on Skype need a Replace but is Offline now 2 days :/
