bluecoder not returning the funds i paid for an order

Hello all,

On May 21st, 2020, I placed an order for this BST https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/i...hrefs-dr-ur-to-50-permanently-50-off.1191451/

for one of my clients in hopes of increasing the website domain authority to 40+ but due to delays we had to cancel the order which the seller @bluecoder mutually agreed on skype on July 27, 2020 after me asking multiple times in the previous 2 months.

Now I am still waiting to receive a refund. I can take the funds as paypal or cryptocurrency (as the seller told me he doesn't have a paypal account now)

I have warned him multiple times about a shit list if he is not gonna refund soon. but this has been going on for months now and I am tired of waiting and asking him again and again for refund unsuccessfully. I have paid from my pocket months ag and I want him to refund atleast 70-80% of the funds I sent.

Now he is telling me to go and just chargeback on paypal as his partner betrayed him but as I told him months ago that my paypal is already limited. I don't know what to do anymore and hence am leaving it on the capable forum moderators to sort it. I'm happy with whatever forum moderators decide.

I have given all the information I had. Please let me know if something else is needed and I'll do my best to provide it.

Hi, I understand your concern but even I had told you about my situation on the payment portal and, I had requested you to take back the money from the paypal you had sent (refund request in paypal will get you the money back for sure 100%,if requires pull me) ... And more over I really request you to take back your money from paypal...i gurantee you could easily get back your payment with paypal by a refund dispute..

Note: my intention is not to delay or avoid, I had told you about this before, and the payment what you had sent is not received by me still and my. Paypal is operating now and trying to use alternate for myself, so more over I agree you had not sent any work order to work too so I agree to that for sure ... So again I request you to please take back the payment from the paypal you sent..

But that shouldn't matter given i paid to you and you should be able to pay through bitcoins or paypal or any other feasible payment method.

Please don't drag it anymore as its been around 6 months already.
