Suppose I buy Domain through Auction and I use it for Money site, now what should I do with backlinks that are going to the previous website's pages, shall I redirect all of them to Homepage of new site that I will create?

You should re-create those pages. Then drive link juice where you need it via internal linking.

Redirecting all backlinks to homepage is not advised because they will count as soft 404s.

Recreate them or make similar content if that is an issue. Don't include author names and personal info like phone numbers, emails, other personal info, etc.

i look for really fat (backlinks from Techcrunch and etc) old pages, then recreate their URLs, and write there smth - "hey, now this site is about chickens"

and link to my new important articles or a homepage

Ideally you should recreate the same URLs so that these backlinks flow normally.
But this could be quite time consuming depending on the situation (did you make a totally new site or did you recreate it from the wayback?)

Create a new pages in the site and get links from the previous site, direct linking is not recommended and make sure you buy quality domain when you selecting from Auction domains

Is that fine to do make similar content according to google guidelines?? Will it make any penalizing??

It's fine to redirect the previous pages to the homepage but you will not get the complete link juice. So recreate the pages with fresh or old content (through wayback machine) and interlink the pages with the homepage and other main pages, so you will be able to spread the entire juice of an expired domain within the website.

will this harm your overall ranking?

Yes, it will if it's over done.

Soft 404 is basically a misleading page showing not found to a visitor but 200 to a bot.

Pages being "falsely" redirected like this will count as 404s and juice will probably stop there.

This is also a common practice for PBNs so it might count as a flag.

yes, you can definitely create similar content, by similar he means on the same subject, not copy-pasted content from the original source .
Thanks for the clarification, I thought as you said copy-pasting the whole content. Now I got understand that without changing URLs we have to create new content.
