Just an update....

A full week after sending funds and my site account is still at zero. Repeated attempts to reach the site owner have been ignored. The Paypal claim grace period has ended today, and an official claim has been sent for review.

I don't know what's up with this guy/people, but this feels more and more like a scam every passing day.

Now three days waiting on my PayPal payment to be funded. I understand that maybe there's a process but...

(1) your site specifically states "The payment can take up to 10 hours to be added" - I've been waiting 3 days

(2) I gave you 2 days before sending an email - after 17 hours you still haven't responded

(3) You have everything set up to YOUR advantage (Attach this note to the payment: "THIS PAYMENT IS FOR SERVICES AND IT IS NOT REFUNDABLE",) - I complied

(4) You state there are no Pay pal refunds for services, and if a customer disputes or revokes a payment, they're banned - I can't even get you to FUND me.

You have 24 hours from the time of this post to either fund me or at least respond with an explanation, or I'll take the PayPal payment back and spend my money with a service that actually wants my business. Sorry to be a hard bass right outta the gate (yeah I'm a newbie) but my time is worth as much as anyone's.

Had to file a dispute because 3+ days in and I'm still not funded and my attempt to reach out has continued to be ignored. It's not about the money, it's the lack of response. This panel came highly-recommended by a friend so I'm pretty damn disappointed.

Paypal is giving "SM Digital LLC" until Dec 8 to provide the services I paid for, then we escalate.

All I can say is "buyer beware" at this point.

I never sent a ticket because I didn't realize I was supposed to. I simply sent you a Paypal payment to the provided email address with the specific instructions listed. I've now sent a "ticket" alerting you that I actually paid you (ten days ago btw) so you should be seeing my "request for funding" ticket now.

I'll admit it was my mistake missing the details of the process, but it didn't help that you took a week to reply. Could've avoided the PP dispute issue altogether with a prompt response. Once I'm funded, I'll contact PP and end the dispute.

BTW.....you might want to consider putting the note about not accepting PP payments from Brazil with an * at the BOTTOM of the page away from all other instructions, not nestled right next to the "open a ticket" line. I was under the impression the "open a new ticket" PP instructions were specifically for Brazil PP accounts, hence my confusion.

Just wanted to report that an oversight on my part caused the issue with this provider, not the provider. After figuring out what I did wrong, and hearing from the site admins, we were able to piece together my mistake. I apologize for jumping the gun, but I've been in these situations before online and been scammed, so I'm gun-shy now.

ANYWAY.......once the issue was sorted, I was funded pretty much immediately, so all is good. Thank you to the admins for their patience & understanding, and I apologize for any confusion (or fear) I may have caused with my previous posts.
