Hey

1607589564847.png
I removed the given link in mail from our website, should i have to remove all links from our site or only just this link ??
what should i do ??
any expert ?
thanks in advance

They have only applied a discount in trust in links "from your site" which means your site should be fine in SERPS. Or has it been affected ?

To reapply you will have to remove all links as they will generally do a complete scan before removing the penalty.

This sentence "Such unnatural ranking would cause search results to show preference for results not relevant to users actual queries" is from the biggest hypocrite of all times that too when he shows 10 ads above the fold in search queries which also users didn't ask for:rolleyes:

No my SERP are same now no affect on SERP ( if i see any affect i will update here ) but for removing manual action i made all links no follow and submit for reconsideration.

Basically what this means is they think you're selling links.

As you probably know, under the Google monopoly only Google is allowed to scrape content to make $ with spammy ads.

If you do it, you're competing with Google's ad spam all over the WWW. In which case they ban you.

AI or not, backlinks are the king.
Yes, i know backlinks are the king so what should i do now ?

Funny :D

They know you're selling links. I will give you some tips to avoid this going forward. First, try to keep the OBL limit of a single article as minimum as possible. Do guest posts in this ratio. (3:1) For 3 genuine posts (just do some internal links for these), you can do 1 guest post. Also, try to avoid long-ass anchor texts and try to do more brand anchors when you're doing guest posts.

Nah, if you have removed all links then go ahead and file a reconsideration request if they have given an option for you to do that.

So earlier Google was warning about backlinks (incoming links)

Now it is also warning about outgoing links.

Yeah, look like things are really getting messed up for them:p and I am starting to like it.

End of the day google needs to understand that you need a human brain to actually see and assimilate whether a site is genuine in giving information to the visitors or spam-like Medium which they are ranking right now all over the SERPs. Bots and their famed AI can only do so much. Spend some from the billions earned, employ real brains and give back to society dumbf***

I'm pretty sure Google Chrome was caught buying links in 2016 and 2012... no penalty as far as I know.

Already filed request and all links are no follow now

As others said, it looks like Google found out you were selling links.

The best method would be to remove the paid links and file a reconsideration request.

If you didn't sell any links, then just remove any weird links on your site and file for reconsideration.
In this case, you may also want to check outbound links on your site and make sure your website wasn't hacked and injected with links.

It mean none related links fullstop.

Disvow them
google take manual action due to outgoing links.
