I have anger management problem..

When you identify a problem, then you can solve it. Even if you are not going into politics, you still need to work on your anger management and do all it takes to control it.
Note: The safest way to go about it, is to choose to listen more and speak less, walk away instead of reacting to what make you become a fool cause most action taken in anger makes a fool of us. Sound mind makes all "A" in all aspects to make good choice.

I'm always skeptical about the real prices of these houses. This is how much the broker is asking for. This doesn't mean it will be sold for this much. And often these houses are bought by a company or a group of millionaires.

If your net worth is $500M or more, you can easily buy one of these. Even with a $100M net worth, it's doable.

And yeah billionaires like Mark Cuban can buy it without even feeling much.
