Jokes apart, if you want to have a house like this you need to have a solid business plan and work your ass off to execute it. But i would never buy such an expensive house unless i am a billionaire because the cost to manage this house will make you sweat even if you are a multimillionaire.

Yeah, it's right, even if you are multimillionaire you'll have a hard time managing the cost. But renting it is an option too.

U can work hard until 50 or 60 and buy that house. U would have basketball court but no one to play. Its way better u achieve half or 1 or 2 million and retire in a smaller house at age 35.
