Jokes apart, if you want to have a house like this you need to have a solid business plan and work your ass off to execute it. But i would never buy such an expensive house unless i am a billionaire because the cost to manage this house will make you sweat even if you are a multimillionaire.

Build a good business idea, develop it for 1 to 2 years.
Then call for capital investment and issue shares (like some Chinese technology companies)

Yeah, it's right, even if you are multimillionaire you'll have a hard time managing the cost. But renting it is an option too.
