Yes, definitely. I ran an e-com store on Shopify selling a private label physical product that I had in-stock in the US (no dropshipping).
Google Shopping is all about getting the title and product description right, as it does not allow keyword or audience bidding.
I didn't even have to game it that much, a solid product and solid title and description brought in daily sales more than any other method on Google Ads.

I've never used it, or Google Ads, as an affiliate. Only selling my own private label product from my own Shopify website.

Hopefully they will start with affiliate then amazon can be in trouble (will not be but will lost customer).
In fact this is google so who knows how will finish, but I hope so that will be success and that they will be real competitors to amazon.

Exactly, you SEO your site's product descriptions, and title. These product descriptions and titles are what determine the keywords that you show up for with Google Shopping ads.
The product description and title are required, and important, fields for your Merchant Center Product Feed.
Again, you can either create this feed manually, via Google Sheets, or use an app or API to automatically pull your product description, title, and all other information into Merchant Center for your Product.

i've listing a normal product without variants and i have all the website requierd (privacy p.. shipping p..... about us & contact info: address with email with phone number everything and i get suspended twoice so

I just found out about this and hadn't realized it's been out over a year now to those in the States. I just started using it this week because I've had major success with Google Shopping in the past like back in 2019. I really want to see how these free listings do as so far no action but I'm guessing that's because I've just got them up and running.
Has anybody had any success from the free listings yet and how long does it take to get impressions and clicks when you first start or list an item?
