This buyer @JackobyJenkins is a cold blooded scammer. We decided to do two gaming websites for $500, 50% advance and 50% after.

After the completion he immediately closed my access and has never paid my 2nd invoice.

I know we can't do anything in this because he surely doesn't care about his bhw account but he should be banned here.





I have all the proofs that he never paid me but i know he will never respond here to fight against me.

Just get him banned and i already lost my money thanks.

We agreed to do 2 gaming sites for $500.

He instantly paid the 1st invoice of $250 usd and also pinged me on bhw because I was out of the office and not responding on telegram.

After the sites were completed he instantly closed my access to the hosting.

I keep on messaging him on telegram, bhw and email. I also want to say that i have used some cuss words in this process out frustration. So, i apologize for that.

He also deleted most of the telegram chats but i have some screenshots. He made up a story out of that he was out of the town and kids deleted messages bla bla bla

Then he asked me to send over the logos and he will pay me. I done that that but still he haven't the rest of the amounts.

For future reference, use caution and perhaps Escrow too when rendering work before full compensation, especially when servicing a member with a low post count that won't have much to lose by having their account banned.

Really sorry to hear that you lost out on these funds, especially since you paid people to help complete the sites, if I could, I'd give you the $250 myself as I've been in this situation before and know how inconveniencing it can be, hope you don't encounter such instances again.

Just some final words before mods close this. I know its mainly my fault but that was a old profile with good history so i trusted that guy. Its not just about money its the frustration that you get after doing a good job when u expecting to get paid and you get this.

If the guy watching this thread, its not cool man keep that in mind.

very true - in my 12 yrs on bhw i quickly figured for me what to avoid.
ive never ever sold to a new member, never sold to members with 2/3 posts.
and ive never in 12 years had a scam/charge back or refund issue. 0 non.

i even check peoples bhw history - and if there history is 100 short posts of
low quality crap posting, i aint working with them. be more careful bro

I noticed the dude is in Hungary, AFIAK there are govt bodies that deal specifically with Hungarian companies who don't pay foreign companies/people for services.

You could report him(they offer service in English), they will mediate and if you can prove he owes you money, the will make him pay. If he doesn't pay they will fine him and shut his company down.

Might be a bit of a fuck around, but it is one avenue you can take.

Even if you don't win, you cause some headache for him and piss in his cornflakes a bit.
