I found a client on Upwork a few months ago, but he didn't want to work with Upwork, but we made a
non-disclosure deal, even though the guy was so irritating and pushy, the project went nice and smooth, and I managed it well.

He paid for the first two months, But since October he owns $700 for both October and November, also he just doesn't want to pay
me at all, he ignores my WhatsApp emails and texts. I am from Serbia and he is from Australia, and I really don't know what to do

If someone has a solution I am all ears, I just need somehow to revenge on this person because he did not show his respect as I did and because he was not fair at all, since I helped him and his clientele to gain more sales.

I was managing his email campaigns, sadly I don't access since he changed everything the same day he stopped responding to my emails.

Unless you set up a back up email which he didn't delete yet, I'm not sure if there is an easy way you can gain the access back.

In the future project I would recommend setting the permissions where you are the administrator and he is a moderator of some sort where he can't change the password unless you approve.

I get that, but since he gave me his login details I was not able to change anything, and as I told you everything was fine until one morning he did not answer my emails and text messages, then I tried to log in on accounts but the password was changed.

Sad to know why you work once he didn't pay you at very first month.
Because I had trusted him, and because I am an honest worker, I don't have a passion for money but for helping someone achieve goals, after October ended he did not send me payment because he had a problem with Payoneer, and I continued working for him until November 20th. after that, he stopped answering me.

I think in the future you should create a new email account for each customer and give them the access with the privileges where they can't change the password. Back door is necessary here, can't trust people especially in another town/country.

There are a lot of negative SEO techniques out there but what's the point of revenge?

Count it as a lesson learned, always ask to get paid upfront, move on with your life and let karma do its magic on him.

After first "problem" you should have make backups or stop work. But now its late for that. Spam request password reset access

What kind of work do you also do?

Contact his clients and explain how untrustworthy he is , ruin his buissness and report him everywhere, leave negative reviews on social media and let people know.

If he does this to you he probably does it to everyone , dont let him get out cleanly

I am planning to do that to his clients because he doesn't have a business website, that's why I cannot directly spam his business but I can f**k up his clientele, I also was thinking maybe that I could find online debt collectors

Not sure what kind of project it is/was, but do you still have access to the it? If you do, I would hold the work hostage until you receive payment.
This is ridiculous and unprofessional!
While the client is been unprofessional for some reason we don’t know why, because there is always two side for the story, you can’t be like him and do dirty work. I say just move on, you decided to deal with him outside upwork and you have violated upwork terms, be careful as the client may shoot you in the head if he tells upwork about your agreement with the client. Don’t do it again. And move on.

No no no.
In order to be successful in business, you need to learn from your mistakes and never let your personal anger interfere with business.
The OP clearly made a mistake by going behind upwork and violated upwork terms. He needs to learn how to respect all terms and conditions that he signed up for. He got a client on upwork and there 1000s of workers that are dreaming to get what he got! Why sabotaging this? Why violating their terms? Obviously the client was planning to do this. Don’t go the dirty road and do more damages to yourself. Just move on, learn how to respect your employer: which in this case is: upwork.

this not anger or being dirty , this is demanding your own rights and not letting that guy get away without anything because if you let him do that he will do it to another person and maybe do even more damage , just make him understand he cannot do what he wants . since this is outside upwork then it has nothing to do with upwork.

Maybe you can send him a deal. Like you will improve his website for free or something and then he should give your money back(he is not reallly just try to convince him). Then you will mess up his entire website.
But then again i would recommend you to move on and just learn from this.

Just leave it. I lnow that sucks but what can you do in this case really. Try anything too funny and he sounds like the guy who'll try and have you for harassment. At least you didn't lose money actually have. As other people are saying, just work in a manner that'll help ensure your own interests better in the future.
