We recorded a 1080p video and uploaded it where we recently show a page refresh at the start of the video to prove there is no manipulations in the video like the user made on his pictures.

Regarding the suposed database error he say is something that is internally wrong developed and happens when you find in the order browser links with ''https://'', happens sometimes and it's nothing related with any delivery of any orders, is exclusively related with the website developement, like also what he said about images showing in support section, that's as well about website development which is not related with the purchase.

In the video we show, each order placed with the BALANCE PURCHASED WHICH WAS DELIVERED, and also we show each order he placed with that delivered balance and we show each one specifically with each thing of each one where it shows everything was good made on our side.

Also and just like a final and crazy evidence for what this guy is saying we also show that this same person is still buying us from just 1 day ago, so yesterday this guy placed multiple orders and is also shown in the video as well that it is shown that all his tickets where attended and he just blamed us when we made a good work, we delivered all and he raged us, he blamed us and he talked us bad when each ticket of him was attended and not only that, all in our side was good made and now he rage and blame us but he is still buying orders in our site as yesterday he made multiple orders like the video shows at the end.

Also regarding the private conversation at BHW he was insulting us as well and talking us bad from the first moment, however we tried to assist and we spent time trough privately manually checking inclusive when our team doesn't work here:

I ordered total of 100,000 streams for a client on Spotify, the thing is that its been 2 months and what they been giving me are
excuses , pretty rude comments and replies , false hopes . I tried asking them what is the issues and they said that its gonna take time .

In their website its mentioned that the AVERAGED TIME PER 1000 is 42 hours , what they are saying that that is just and estimation , so you are telling me that you are writing
stuff on your website that is not real , all fake , and you want all the customers to rely on that information as the support also doesnt know when its going to be completed.
I asked the seller here on BHW about the completion time and all they been giving me are excuses and even the seller is saying they have no idea when will it be completed . If
you say that its just an estimation and according to your serives , I got 20,000 streams in 2 months , its literally going to take a year or more for 100,000 ??? ARE YOU KIDDING ME ?

I been talking to them and found when I bought the services , the streams were faster than a light , but now its just went from 2000 to 100 . All they do is send me the links to
their support and terms and conditions . This is really bad as they just keep saying the stuff again and again thinking that I am a noob or something . I ordered for total of
$50 and only got results of $10 . I mean this is just too much, these guys are just playing with the customers money and when we ask for explaination , they just send us a plain

Hello @BassTrackerBoats the customer purchase funds, not the services he is buying with the funds and funds where fully delivered, if the user want us to partially cancel this orders of spotify we can partially cancel them as they are own services that we offer by us, but user is requesting a full refund and we can't refund an amount equivalent to something that we delivered, we are open to refund to the The_original_gangter the partial part equivalent to the amount still incoming which doesn't arrived yet and pause the orders incoming just refunding it partially. We can do that, but what we cannot do is fully refund it as that would mean accept being scammed by a customer when we made our job good and following completly and fully the rules, if the user wants a refund partially and equivalent to the amount which didn't arrived yet, for the spotify orders it's possible, but just partially and equivalent to the amount not delivered.

Hello @BassTrackerBoats the customer purchase funds, not the services he is buying with the funds and funds where fully delivered, if the user want us to partially cancel this orders of spotify we can partially cancel them as they are own services that we offer by us, but user is requesting a full refund and we can't refund an amount equivalent to something that we delivered, we are open to refund to the The_original_gangter the partial part equivalent to the amount still incoming which doesn't arrived yet and pause the orders incoming just refunding it partially. If we are wrong in something we are open mind and we will be glad solving it in a fair way, but fair, as you saw we are fine partially refunding the amount equivalent to the incoming and not yet arrived part of the order back to the user balance, we can do that and pause the incoming numbers and that's fair for both.

Also we provided you fully proves of everything and all are very clear with good arguments so, please before you see all the proves and you see we are just being fair and good following the rules, I would like to request you to remove the post you made in our post to keep the good reputation we have with all our thousands of customers in a same way.
