Why on earth residential rotating proxies mostly sell by per GB plan? Why can't i find any that gives unlimited bandwidth with proxy change per request???

I've been bought and testing their http proxies (USA ) and they're really amazing!
I was hoping for good proxies but the proxies they provide are even better, I've actually never had such high quality proxies as the one's they provided.
