Hi,
MochaHost (my soon to be ex-hosting provider) just tried to charge my credit card again for another year of hosting, even though my current plan was due to renew on 29th of December (so, exactly in one month from today). Lucky me that I didn't have enough money on my card, or else I don't know how I would have been able to get it back had I been charged.
And this comes not even 24 hours after I have asked for the EPP codes so I can transfer 3 of my domain names from them over to Namecheap, with whom I have purchased a hosting plan 2 days ago. Not to mention that they have also raised the prices of the domain names by $1. Yeah, I know that it's not much but the .com already costed $13,95 per year when I signed up with this hosting company last year, and now when I checked the domain names they were $14,95 per year all of a sudden LOL.
Anyway, not sure if anyone has ever heard of this company, or if they even care about them, but in case you were considering buying their hosting I recommend that you don't. Oh, and they suddenly also don't reply to my angry email when they'd usually reply back within minutes. I wouldn't be surprised if they'll even delete my account, or even deny me access to my cpanel.
Oh well, I don't care. Once the 3 domains are successfully transferred over to namecheap I'm done with MochaHost.
