I have been using Proxy guys since 2019. But now their standard is less than 1$ proxy. I am paying a lot of dollars every month but their proxy is now became the worst. I am contacting them through their live chat but every time they send me a speed test which shows the same result. I am attaching my speed test. check this out. before & after using their proxy. They are not responding to my calls on skype too.

I'm looking at our Skype and see 0 unread messages and see no unanswered tickets on our live chat system and no pending tickets in our helpdesk. I'm not sure what your username is but if you want to PM me here I can definitely look into it. 350kbps definitely indicates a problem and no modems on our network should achieve such speeds and we can easily fix this within 5 minutes once we know what your username is. Even our budget shared proxies all get 5mbps (they are limited to that) and that is the slowest proxies we offer.

Hi guys, great product! Been using multi-location for a few days and everything has been working amazing. One of the most high quality modems I have ever seen.
