I'm from outside the US and interested in registering for LLC at either Delaware or Wyoming, and also obtain an EIN alongside it. Any cost-effective services you guys can suggest? I have seen Atlas, Northwest, and Jumpstart... any more that has probably cheaper annual plans or better packages? Thanks!

Make sure you dont try to save money at the wrong place. Good lawyers might be a huge benefit down the road...

Or you could hire a manager just for opening your bank account and swap him afterwards. This would still cost a few hundred bucks, I guess.

Yes, it is expensive, unfortunately.

I can get you the LLC for $150, but you will have to file the paperwork yourself and decide which type of LLC you want. The more expensive price does it all for you.

And then I can get you another guy to be your agent, but he'll want around $400-500 for that & then anywhere between $175-400 for the US bank account, although I am working on getting my clients another less expensive solution.

Tell me more about the US bank account. It's going to be linked to my LLC? As in, I will add someone as part of the company, then he applies for the bank account there in the US, when it's done, he signs off as part of the company. Is this how it works?

I’m in the US and my lawyer did several LLC for me (different states) he does not charge much but not sure about you and being none US might cost more because you have to factor the time he or she will spend to discuss all options,, risks and what to do later ...: that’s alone can cost $300-500 depend how much he talks and lawyers have a way to stretch their talk to more than an hour LOL
