There has been some discussion on number of proxies for (n) accounts in the BHW thread here:

Basically, 1 proxy per account is best, more accounts per IP is a sliding scale.
2 accounts per IP is not as good as account but better than 3
Really, you shouldn't consider more than 4/5 accounts per proxy as a maximum. But some do and it can probably be done, if you are careful and change your usage accordingly, but it is NOT recommended
There is no way to run 500 accounts without using proxies. Twitter will see 500 accounts coming from one location and ban them ASAP

With proxies you get what you pay for. The more expensive the better. The best proxy is the highest quality, most expensive. However, you may factor price into your metric for "best". Ultimately, most people tend to test a few proxies then find some that work for their uses and stick to them. I don't really have any to recommend as I don't test proxies regularly (at all really - I have the same ones for the last 4 years)

yes, you create the actions you want the program to run, and the program will run them concurrently based on how many threads you specify to run the concurrent actions. Is it a good idea? Depends. If you have 10 accounts on the same IP, you would not want to check the inbox at the same time of all them, but if you tell the program to, it will. Whether something is a good idea, is up to you to decide, the program will do what you tell it to

Yes the program can login with cookies. If you mean import your cookies, the program can, but whether it can handle how your cookies are specified is another matter. There is no one default cookie spec, so it might be able to / might not. But just let me know your format and if need be I can write a custom cookie importer for you

No problem, only potential problem would be, as you said if there was not enough RAM / hard drive space, but that would apply to what ever programs you are running.

Currently there is not a notification module. You could setup an action to scrape notifications and action on them, but then don't per se notify you
yes, set an action to scrape tweets by keyword, then set to RT like and follow those results (using preactions)
It does it's best with human like behaviour, pausing etc. Is it 100%, honestly no. Regardless of what anyone tells you, it is not possible to 100% replicate a human, we are too random, but there are various functions added to attempt to appear human like to add randomness

Run crappy accounts 24x7 on low quality IPs, spamming and annoying everyone, you have a high chance. Take it easy, with quality accounts, posting quality content, next to no chance

that's a hard one. I don't regularly test proxy companies, nor do I like to recommend them as users invariably hold me responsibile for the quality of IPs from the company. I've had good IPs from a company, then got bad ones. I have the same proxies I've had for the last 4-5 years, they are ok for my needs, but perhaps not yours. You will probably get a more uptodate viewpoint of proxies by asking on the BHW twitter board.
No, no API keys are required. It automates the website via HTTP requests
4gb more than sufficient. If you are running other programs / browsers that eat ram, you might want more, but 4gb will be plenty if you are not running lots of other ram hungry programs

Yes you can have unlimited actions targeting whatever profiles / keywords you want
Of course you don't need to do that! Create your actions with your targets and leave them to run.
Of course, it is an automation tool after all

No.As twitter will see 100 accounts being controlled from one IP, which is a massive footprint. I mean you COULD do it, but your accounts would not last long.
