Home page backlinks: give me some examples please

Hi guys, someone could provide some example of backlinks put in home page?
They seems very powerful but not so widespread (maybe because they're expensive).

Wanto to try to put into some of my blogs, which are the best practice?

Are you looking to give backlinks from your homepage or are you looking to get homepage backlinks pointing towards your site. Your question confused me.

So seems there are 2 philosophy: inside text and simply link on some place (i.e. header).

Someone could provide pic evidence with examples, maybe blurred?
I can't understand what type of home page do you have: mine are blogs with last articles and the space i can use is on widget (footer, lateral bar).
If I put a link inside an article... Well it is a guest post, not an home page link!!!

Just create a static homepage and you can do whatever you want.

WP site:

Change it from showing the excerpt to show full content on first page. If you want to show just a part of the article (as you should do), use the "read more" tag (or block) as a delimiter. Write some posts on your expired domain, related to the theme of the domain or just take some old content from the Wayback machine.

Place your link in the first part of your post, so you can add the "read more" tag after it. This way, the post will be published to the first page and it will also include your contextual backlink. The link will also be included in the post, of course.

Don't use header, footer or sidebar. Not saying it doesn't matter at all, but contextual should be better. Don't go for the easiest way.

Footer and header links are sitewide links not home page links. Which means that you will get hundreds of different links. 1 From home page and the rest from inner pages.

I have used this method for my niche related sites. Site A (male oriented) gives sitewide link to same niche to Site B (female oriented)

These links will also get you penalized the quickest.
